Bambarella Saree Ella is one of the famous and magnificent waterfalls to Nuckels mountain range. This area is popular for a bunch of waterfalls surrounding Hulu Ganga.

As you can see there are two sections in the waterfall. If you like you can climb the first part without any trouble. then left side of the waterfall you can clear path to climb up.

The Bambarella Saree Ella is a 5-minute drive from the Bambarella junction. You can be accessed on any vehicle. This type of waterfall I never had before. It was amazing. The name of Saree Ella means the longness of the lady Saree.

The Best way to reached this waterfall is via wattegama, Hulugalla. Located in Gomara area and 30KM far away from Kandy. But it will take more than one hour. Under this waterfall there is a nice & cool pool to have a natural bath.

– Ask directions from locals
– Visit during the rainy season and do not bath.
– Do not carry Plastic items, Make sure you bring back everything you took.
