Underwater World Langkawi is the largest aquarium in Malaysia houses a large collection of over 4000 aquatic lives. There are more than 500 species of animals and sea creatures in more than 100 specially designed tanks being exhibited here. Various animals, birds and inhabitants of the sub-Antarctic, Temperate and Tropical Rainforest regions.

- Preview Tank
Arapaima, a Jurassic fish, is the largest freshwater fish in the world and can grow to more than eight feet. Also on display are “Tapah Fish” (Wallago Catfish) and Freshwater Stingray. - River Ecosystem
The section consists of three connecting tanks with a river-flowing concept and displays many species of freshwater fishes from South East Asia, the Amazon, Africa, North America and Australia. Fish on display are Tropical Garfish, Albino Patin, Bala Shark and Redtailed Catfish. - Tropical Rainforest
This large walk-through aviary will give visitors an experience of being in the heart of Tropical Rainforest environment. The elegant Flamingoes, the playful Ruddy Shelduck and proud Pheasant will greet visitors as they enter the section. Look for our flight birds such as Cockatoo, Doves and Macaws that flutters freely in this section. Also on display, there are the Knifefish, Giant Gouramy, Arowana, and cute furry Marmoset. - Tunnel Tank
Feel yourself surrounded by Giant Stingrays, Giant Trevally, Giant Groupers, Olive Ridley Turtle and other schooling fishes at the aquarium underwater world Langkawi - Koi Pond

Although seemingly calm and inviting, these Moray Eels and Lionfish hold deadly weapons in disguise of their needle sharp teeth and spiny fins.
