You Can See 1000 Of Real Dolphins at Kalpitiya
In Kalpitiya the most common dolphin species are the Spinner dolphins. But you can able to see Risso, Bottlenose, Humpback Dolphins and indo-pacific as well.
The spinners are amazingly joyful & playful dolphin and normally you can see them jumping and head out too deep into the Ocean. how they earned the name of ‘spinner’.
Whales in Kalpitiya
In November – December and March-April is the best time to see whales in Kalpitiya. Even though they are in further out of to sea and bit tough to find. Sperm whales are most common and found in deep sea. if you are lucky person you can see blue whales, melon, and minke whales.
